2. You’re always late
It may seem silly, but it’s not. A successful person is someone trustworthy and committed, so if you tend to be late, nobody will take you seriously. 3. You hold on to resentment
It’s not that you have to make everyone like you, or to walk through life and sing happily as if it was a musical. Always take good care of yourself, for there’s no greater gift than good health. Stress can become your worst enemy, so don’t let the hustle and bustle of everyday life prevent you from eating healthy food, relaxing, or going to the gym. Your body will thank you for that later.

Good first impressions are essential, but so are the second, the third, and the fourth ones. Believe it or not, your body also talks, and sometimes much louder than your words do. Learn to act as a reliable and self-confident person, and even if you don’t feel this way, you can still become that person. Always establish eye contact with the person you talk to, and keep an upright posture.
